body rebuilds itself in less than 1 year!
Approximately 50,000 cells in your body will die and be
replaced with new cells during the time it takes you to read this sentence. 98%
of your body is rebuilt in less than a year – It takes your skin 1 month, the
liver needs about 6 weeks and your stomach lining in just 5 days! Your body can
rebuild a whole skeleton in 3 months, and your brain rebuilds in 1 year!
3. Nerve impulses to and from the brain travel
as fast as 250 miles per hour
The speed of nerve impulses varies enormously but the
