A few popular ways to find a little peace …
· Listen to your favourite music

water running over the pebbles

kids’ movie!)

· Do something creative (drawing,
painting, scrapbooking, singing, dancing or playing an instrument)
· Have a massage
· Take a relaxing bath
· Lie on the grass and gaze up
into the sky
· Walk barefoot (if you can, on
the beach)
· Reflect on things that you are
thankful for
· Allow yourself to daydream
· Take a long shower and dress up
in your favourite clothes
·Hang out with people who make you laugh.
