“A visit or a call from a friend can heal you. You can also heal a friend in this same way. Is there someone you’ve been wanting to contact but haven’t made time for? Today make the time.” – Carolyn Myss

Have you been thinking about someone lately but haven’t made the time to connect or reconnect with them? May be today is the day! I believe in the idea that, sometimes, if someone spontaneously pops into your mind, continually pops in there for a certain amount of time, or thoughts of them develop from seeing physical “signs” that remind you of them, it could be a little signal for you to reach out to them. It  that you’re on their mind, or maybe you’ll be running into them sometime soon.

They’re usually on your mind for a reason, and in most cases, you’ll be able to feel why, and that “why” may be a tip for you to take some sort of action. You never know how much you might brighten someone’s day by calling them – you could be the breath of fresh air that they need, and vice versa.

We are very energetic and we are constantly sending mental signals to people around us and people we know. In almost all cases, we don’t even know we are doing it. It’s actually really cool because it shows us how connected we are to each other.

We are all so connected. When we send thoughts of love and help to people ( sort of like praying), we actually give them good energy! When you think of someone lovingly, they’ll feel it- it’s lifts them up a little bit. And to some very sensitive people, they’ll feel the negative thoughts too, so keep your mind full of love, because negative thoughts about other people make you feel bad too. I’m even finding lately that I’ll think about someone and they’ll call me an hour later, or I’ll run into someone who I was reminded of just days before- it’s very cool!
Now if only the president of every airline was thinking about ME and how much they want to give me free tickets to travel around the world  I’m sure you’re familiar with the idea of a mother instantly sensing when their child is in danger. That absolutely applies to all of us – friends, family, etc.

I mention this, not because I think it’s good to over-think or analyze why certain people pop into your mind, but rather to show you how powerful your thoughts are and these thoughts may be showing you a window of opportunity. We are constantly getting signs and signals to act and in some cases to be patient – living with awareness really helps to pick up on these.
Don’t brush off recurring thoughts or feelings – they are messages to you! We are all very telepathic and when you bring your awareness to that, you’ll have way more instances of synchronistic events that match your thoughts with people in your world. The more aware you are, the more exciting, wonderous, and clear life will eventually become. Of course when you start to live with more awareness, you may get confused and question a lot of things, but as time goes on and you begin to trust yourself, your instincts, and how amazing you are, just as you are now, it will become clear, productive, and very enjoyable!

I completely agree that calling, seeing, or messaging a friend or someone you’ve been thinking about can be so healing and even beneficial. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve thought of someone, instantly messaged them, and amazing things have happened as a result – all because I completely followed my instincts, didn’t think twice about it, and caught them at the best time.  It can be for such a simple reason to – to give you a much-needed laugh or to put a smile on your face.

Connecting with people is HUGE! It can bring you so much – love, joy, calm, peace, laughter, and alternatively, closure, validations, peace of mind, truth, and so much more.
Sooo, today, reach out to someone you’ve been meaning to get in touch with – you may be surprised in the outcome.
