Smash
your Fears within 10 seconds
Fear one of the dangerous feeling in this world, it kills
peoples happiness. Here is the best way to smash your fears in practically
possible way.
We
all have fears
Each of us has our own fears. These fears may be secret
or they can be known most who know you as a person. These fears and doubts may
lay dormant inside of us until something or someone triggers them to erupt and
explode.
Our fears and misgivings may transcend for years. Some of
these we may have acquired since we were young and yet, they still resurface
and manifest themselves up to the present.
No one is absolutely fearless. Nobody is brave enough not
to have a single fear or phobia hidden behind his persona.
We have lots of fears, emotional and mental, some are
even unknown to us, but yet, they lurk behind our personalities and actions,
ready to strike when we least expect it.
Conquering
your fears takes a lot of guts and courage
To conquer your fear means to face it and experience it
for real. You have to accept the fact that you are afraid, and that the only
person that can help you is yourself.
We as human beings have this unique capability which
enables us to place ourselves in a certain specific location or setting by just
using our minds.
To ultimately conquer or overcome your fears, here’s a
3-step procedure that you can do every day, and everywhere, even when at home,
work or school.
As a primary step to conquering your fears, you must
learn to accept them. In order to conquer your fears, instill in yourself first
that you have to face them.
You have to undergo the phase of being afraid and moving
past it.
You have to set your mind that you are not afraid, that
there is nothing to be afraid of.
At first it may seem hard and you will be most likely to
give up and walk away, especially when the causes of your fears are deeply
rooted within your personality and mentality. To be able to do this, here are a
few questions which you may want to ask yourself.
These questions will help you asses yourself and your
fears, and after answering them, you’ll be a step closer to fulfilling your
goal, which is to face and conquer the things you fear the most.
1)Determine
the things, people, events or emotions that you have. What are the things that
make you feel uncomfortable or restless in particular?
2)Generally,
yet specifically, why do you feel like this towards them?
3)What
exactly do you feel when you are exposed to these things, people, events or
emotions?
4)What
goes on in your mind? What thoughts enter your mind when you think of these
specific things or aspects in your life? Take notes near each question while
answering internally to these questions.
After
answering these questions, determine if you are true to yourself
It helps a lot if you write down your answers and asses
and re-read them yourself. You will be less likely to forget something if you
do this.
Don’t be afraid that you might make a mistake, because
really, you won’t.
You are assessing yourself, your emotions and inner mind
will never be wrong. The next simple steps to do would be:
1.Write
down your thoughts and ideas. Jot them down as you think of them. No need to
edit or correct them, write them down immediately. You’ll be amazed at how much
detail and information you get just by writing things down while deep in
thought.
2.After
answering the first set of questions I’ve given, think of the images or
pictures that crossed your mind while thinking about the answers to those
questions. What did you see? Be as specific as possible.
Did you see moving images or just still pictures?
Remember details and colors. Continue to jot this down.
3.After
this, stop and communicate with your inner self. How? Calm yourself and think
of what you really want. Think of what your subconscious mind is telling you.
What is it that you need to know or learn? How can you do this? Ask yourself
these questions and by your answers, you’ll be able to discover what it is that
you need to know.
4.Go
over the notes you made and pay attention to the words, phrases or images that
kept repeating themselves. These may be the key to achieving what you want to
learn. Look for a pattern.
Basically, in simpler words, we can be who we think we
are, we can become what we think we are. The power of the suggestive mind is
behind this.
What we think we feel, what or who we think we are, even
if in reality we are not, we become nonetheless. Why? Because our mind thinks
that we are, even if actually we really are not. The point is, we become what
we think we are.
If you think you look great, even if your neighbors feel
the exact opposite, their opinions won’t affect you.
You feel great, you are confident about feeling great,
and that’s because your mind and body tell you that you feel great.
Once you get to the point when you think you’re not
making progress, stop and clear your mind. Infuse yourself with positive
energy.
Follow these simple steps to help you get back on track
and back to making progress:
1.Know
when you reach the point that you are going nowhere.
Learn to determine if you are making progress or not. Maybe you’ve been working
at it for hours, but you are just practically running around on circles, making
little or no progress at all. That can be very frustrating, won’t it?
2.Don’t
scold yourself if this happens. Remember, it’s not your
fault. Stop and breathe. Slowly stop the images and thoughts going through your
mind. Fix this pictures, images and thoughts and picture them as clearly and as
detailed as you can until you feel inner peace and prosperity inside out.
3.Listen
to what your inner mind is telling yourself. Keep calm and
search inside of your thoughts, emotions and feelings. What is the message
behind all of these? What is your mind and body trying to tell you?
4.Slowly
yet determinedly, change these thoughts and images to what you want.
You are in control, you are the boss. You can do what you want, add and change
what you want. When doing this, try to think of happy thoughts. Fill yourself
with positivity and optimism. How to do this? Simply think of all the good or
nice images that make you happy in the scenario you wish to create in the
future.
5.Finally,
modify your inner voice. As I’ve said, you’re the boss; you
control all the aspects and options in your life. Your inner voice can be
masculine, even if you’re a woman, it can be the voice of your favorite movie
star, your greatest crush, it can even be Bradd Pitt’s voice, and nobody will
care, because this is all about you.
It can even be a voice from your childhood, a voice that
reminds you of your happy and carefree days, like Mickey Mouse or the soothing
voice of Winnie the Pooh. What you want, do it, you are in control because this
is for yourself. Think of your inner voice as an alter-ego, or an imaginary
friend. It’ll make it more exciting and fun, just like going back to being a
child again.
Summary
Overall, the key to conquering your fears is just inside
yourself. It all depends on the power and strength of your motivation to
overcome your fears. If you really want to achieve something, you will do
everything it takes to achieve it.
You must be in that phase of mind or level of thought. Be
vindictive about your objectives, focus on it, and never give up.
Nobody can give the greatest help to you but yourself.
Having fears is normal, it is the raw truth of being a human being, it is not
wrong to be afraid, but it is wrong to let your fears shadow your life. Do not
let your fears crowd your thoughts and hinder you from achieving success,
instead, use it as a leverage to be a better individual.
