In this world there are only two types of people one is night people and other is day people. I know I have been a night person since I was born. As an infant, I used to sleep during day and wake up at night. I don’t think personality will be developed in that early ages, but there may be a gene, i guess, which made me a night person even before my birth.

A Night Person is an individual whose natural body rhythms are such that he or she is most active and alert during the evening and night and is least active and alert during the pre-dawn and daytime hours. I usually stay awake, read books, watch movies, and chat with my friend during night. The cool and calm atmosphere of night will make me energetic, motivated, creative and productive.

Usually I go to bed by hearing the birds singing. And I wake up around 7.30 if it is a week day and around 10.30 if it is a holiday.

Who is a night person?

Night person is one who experience peaks in alertness and energy in the after noon or evening. Night person is often called “night owl” or “evening person”. The opposite of a night owl is an early bird, someone who tends to begin sleeping at a time that is considered early and also wakes early.In several countries, early birds are called “A-people” and night owls are called “B-people”. Psychologists consider it as a kind of personality which is caused by psychological as well as biological reasons.

Researchers have found that ‘differences in a fundamental property of the circadian rhythm,       {image credit: uniquerobots.blogspot.in}
its intrinsic period, will determine whether someone is a night person or morning person.

Several studies found that the number of night persons are greater than the number of morning persons.

Who is a morning person?

Morning person is on who feel most alert and active early in the day. Morning people have a higher overall level of adrenaline and thus they seem to operate at a higher overall level of activation. Other terms used to describe a morning person are “lark person” and “early bird”.
